Qulck tip: When booking your flights and visas, double check that your passport is ok!
I thought mine was ok but the travel agent informed me that the slightly dog-eared corners would not allow me access to the US. Naturally I found this out after the visas had been booked under the now useless pasport...
So, double check that passport and save yourself the hassle!
